Custom SaaS platform development
Do you have an idea for a subscription-based online service? We design and build the complete platform (accounts, payments, dashboards, multilingual) and help you launch it fast, with a minimal version tested by real users.
From an online service to a business: what a SaaS is
A SaaS (Software as a Service) is software available online, which your customers use in return for a monthly or annual subscription. Menu translation for restaurants, tip management, a prospecting tool, a connected pill organiser: we have launched several platforms of this kind ourselves, and we know what matters beyond the code: frictionless sign-up, payment that works first time, a dashboard people want to come back to.
A successful SaaS rests on three building blocks: a product that solves a real problem, an infrastructure able to serve ten or ten thousand customers without being rebuilt, and a business model built in from the start (freemium, free trial, subscription tiers).
Everything a subscription platform needs
We build the whole thing: sign-up and login (email, Google, magic link), workspaces per organisation with multiple users and roles, subscriptions and payments through a secure gateway (cards, SEPA direct debit, automatic invoices), management of free trials and plan changes, an admin dashboard with key metrics (MRR, churn, activations), transactional emails, and an API if your customers need to connect other tools.
The platform is natively multilingual: our existing SaaS products speak up to 14 languages, which opens up the European market from launch without any redevelopment.
Launch fast with an MVP, then grow
The first version of a SaaS must ship in weeks, not months: it is the only way to check that customers will pay for your idea. Together we scope an MVP, the minimal scope that already delivers value, and we put it online with payment switched on. Feedback from the first subscribers then guides the roadmap.
The infrastructure is designed to grow: PostgreSQL database, hosting on a global network, automated deployments, monitoring. It costs a few tens of euros per month at the start and scales with growth without any migration. See also MVP: launch your web app with a minimal version.
A partner that has already launched SaaS products
CmonMenu (restaurant menus translated by AI into 10 languages), TeepTeep (digital tipping), WeekPill (pill organiser with reminders), Oakus (local prospecting) and Veriphee (verified emails of company directors) are platforms designed, built and operated by Créacodeal. We know the questions you are going to ask yourself (pricing, terms and conditions, GDPR, invoicing, support) because we have answered them for ourselves. All of them are presented on our Work page.

How the project unfolds
- 1
Product workshop (2 to 3 days)
Target customers, value proposition, sign-up journey, pricing model. Together we define the boundaries of the MVP.
- 2
Clickable prototype (1 week)
The key screens approved before development, to test the pitch with your first prospects.
- 3
MVP in production (4 to 8 weeks)
Sign-up, core service and payment working. Your first subscribers can pay.
- 4
Growth
A roadmap driven by usage, regular releases, tracking of metrics and stability.
Details of our method.
What budget to plan for?
A SaaS is a bigger investment than a website or an internal application, because it has to handle customers you do not know yet: self-service sign-up, payment, support, security and scaling. The budget depends on the scope of the MVP, the integrations (payment, accounting, API), the number of languages and the level of finish of the interface.
We help you split the project into a first version you can fund, then into stages financed by subscriptions. Detailed quote within 48 hours; for a project seeking funding, we provide the technical parts of the file (architecture, schedule, running costs).

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to launch a SaaS?
An MVP with sign-up, the core service and payment is usually online within four to eight weeks. The platform is then enriched through regular releases, based on feedback from the first subscribers.
Can I start without knowing how to code or hiring a developer?
Yes: that is precisely our role. We design, build, host and develop the platform. You keep ownership of the code and can bring it in-house later if you wish.
Which payment solution do you use?
A recognised, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway that handles bank cards, SEPA direct debit, free trials, plan changes and invoices. You never have to handle banking data.
Can the SaaS be offered in several languages?
Yes, from the first version. Our existing platforms run in up to 14 languages, interface and emails included, with centralised management of translations.
What does hosting a SaaS cost?
A few tens of euros per month at launch (database, hosting, emails), on an infrastructure that scales with growth without any migration. We provide an estimate of running costs in the quote.
Can you take over a SaaS built elsewhere (agency, no-code, freelancer)?
Yes, after an audit. We regularly take over projects that started on a no-code tool or an AI-generated prototype and have reached their limits: the audit shows what can be kept and what needs to be rebuilt.
