Integrating artificial intelligence into your website or application
Translating a menu into ten languages, answering your customers' questions at 11 pm, reading an invoice or a delivery note, sorting and summarising requests: AI is useful when it is integrated into a real tool, with a precise scope. That is what we build, and nothing more.
Practical uses, not a chatbot to look modern
Generative AI can now translate, summarise, classify, extract information from a document, answer from a knowledge base, describe an image. For a business, the question is not "do we need AI?" but "which repetitive, costly or currently impossible task can it take on reliably?"
The cases we meet most often: automatic translation of business content (menus, product sheets, guides), a conversational assistant that answers frequent questions and qualifies enquiries, document reading (invoices, quotes, forms) to avoid re-keying, analysis and classification of reviews, tickets or messages, and assisted generation of text or visuals from your data.
What we have already built with AI
CmonMenu translates restaurant menus into ten languages with an AI specialised in gastronomy, which understands that a "blanquette" is not a "white stew". AlergZen analyses the photo of a label or a dish to detect allergens in seven languages. Oakus uses AI to qualify local prospects. Veriphee uses it to cross-check sources and find a company's directors in office before verifying their email addresses. These applications are in production and used every day.
That experience matters: integrating AI into a real product means managing the quality of the answers, the cost per request, response times, data confidentiality and the cases where the model gets it wrong. Our article AI chatbot on your website: real uses and limits goes through these points.
Reliability, confidentiality and controlled costs
We design every integration with a defined scope (what the AI is allowed to do, and when it hands over to a human), a knowledge base specific to your company (RAG) to limit made-up answers, and checks on sensitive outputs (prices, commitments, personal data).
On the data side: we choose model providers that do not train their systems on your content, we minimise what is transmitted and we document the processing for your GDPR compliance. On the cost side: calls to the models are billed per use; we cache, limit and measure so that the bill remains predictable.
Automate without rebuilding everything
AI is often grafted onto existing tools: a contact form that qualifies and routes enquiries, a mailbox that extracts orders, a website that translates itself with every update. We combine AI, automation (webhooks, connectors, scheduled scripts) and custom development to get a reliable result. What you get
- Scoping of use cases: what the AI does, what it does not do, who takes over
- Integration of the right model (text, image, voice) into your website or application
- Knowledge base specific to your company, easy to keep up to date
- Quality checks, logs and a dashboard to monitor answers
- Cost management: caching, limits, usage tracking
- User information and GDPR documentation
- Training your teams to maintain the knowledge base
How the project unfolds
- 1
Use case workshop (1 day)
We list candidate tasks, estimate the gain and the risk, and select one or two high-impact cases.
- 2
Proof of concept (1 to 2 weeks)
A prototype on your real data to measure the quality of the results before investing.
- 3
Integration (2 to 6 weeks)
Deployment into your tool, with checks, cost tracking and hand-over to a human.
- 4
Follow-up
Regular review of the results, enrichment of the knowledge base, adjustments.
Details of our method.
What budget to plan for?
Two cost items: the development of the integration (from a few days for an assistant built on a knowledge base to several weeks for document reading integrated into a business process) and the usage cost of the models, billed per request by the provider, often a few euros to a few tens of euros per month for a small business, which we estimate before starting.
The proof of concept lets you check the quality on your own data before committing the integration budget. Detailed quote within 48 hours.

Frequently asked questions
Which AI do you use?
The one that suits the task: the leading large language models for text and conversation, vision models for images, specialised models for translation or document extraction. We remain independent of providers and can switch without rebuilding your tool.
Is my data used to train the models?
No. We use professional plans whose terms exclude training on your data, we limit what is transmitted to the strict minimum and we document the processing for your GDPR records.
Could an AI assistant tell my customers anything at all?
The risk exists and can be managed: answers grounded in your knowledge base, a limited scope, hand-over to a human for binding topics (firm prices, contracts), and regular review of conversations. For some needs, a well-written FAQ remains the better option; we will tell you so.
How much does AI cost to run?
Providers bill per request, based on the amount of text processed. For an assistant or translation on a small business website, this typically amounts to a few euros to a few tens of euros per month. We set up caching and limits so that this cost stays predictable.
Can AI be integrated into an existing tool (CRM, WordPress site, spreadsheet)?
In most cases, yes, through connectors, webhooks or a small intermediary application. We study your existing set-up during the scoping workshop.
Where should we start?
With a single, measurable use case that carries no risk for your customers: translation, sorting of enquiries, document reading. The one- to two-week proof of concept gives you concrete results before any decision.
